Zambia Immigration says Employment Permit covers employment exceeding six months, applicants must remain abroad until approval and only an employer, practising lawyer or immigration consultant may apply for a prospective expatriate. Its new-application list specifies employer, applicant, recruitment, company and project evidence. A first-time permit approval does not waive a visa for visa-required nationals.
